Proof of funds for CASH sale from lending institution or conventional loan approval letter must be presented at auction before bid is accepted. Property sells with no warranties implied or expressed, buildings are being sold "as is." Buyer is responsible for any and all inspections prior to sale. Property to be sold with no contingencies. BUYER MUST BE PRESENT TO BID AND SIGN SALES CONTRACT, NO EXCEPTIONS. Announcements day of sale take precedent. All information is derived from sources to be accurate, but not guaranteed.
