Public Auction Thursday December 9th, 2021 5:00p.m. Keelan McLeish, Auctioneer. Terms: 10% down non-refundable deposit day of sale, balance due within 30 days of sale. Proof of funds for CASH sale from lending institution or conventional loan approval letter must be presented at auction before bid is accepted. Property sells with no warranties implied or expressed, buildings are being sold "as is." Buyer is responsible for any and all inspections prior to sale. Property to be sold with no contingencies.
