How To Submit Your Listing:
1. Fill out the submission form. The information you provide will help us build a complete magazine listing. If you don't know your mls# we will verify your listing with your agent or multiple listing service. Please review disclaimer below.
2. Within 2 business days we will send you a magazine proof & invoice to the email you provide. The invoice will include the link to pay online via checking, debit card or credit card using a secure server powered by Intuit.
3. Once payment notification is received, your magazine listing will become active and will be printed in the upcoming issue of Ohio Valley Real Estate.
Magazine listings for sale or lease will be accepted from any geographic location as long as the property is represented by a verified licensed real estate agent and/or broker.
Your Property Description:
Your real estate agent has a written description that is used in the multiple listing service, you may want to use the same description or write your own, listing the features of your property. Any questions or concerns, consult your agent.
